I don't want to forget....

AK is really starting to smile and coo. Of course, he rarely performs when I have the camera out! :) If you're patient, you'll see how cute he is at the end.

AK is 2 months old! It's crazy how fast the weeks go. (The nights are another story...) We go next Friday for his 2 month check-up so we'll find out how big he is then. My guess is that he's at least 14 pounds. He is filling out. AC made a comment about how little his legs were in the hospital and how they are big now. It's true! He's definitely getting some rolls. :) So cute!   He is smiling and cooing so much these days. He loves it when we talk to him!  Sweet little boy! This was his first time to go to church. I don't know why it's sideways. This is to show that he was happy before we left. :) He was 5 weeks and 1 day old for his first visit. He is getting better with naps and even at night. He sleeps in his bouncy, the swing or his carseat. We are still having issues with his reflux. He is on some medication right now (and not sure it's really working) and I removed dairy from my diet. Bear with me! When I was posting the pictures of our recent trip, it made me realize how big my girls are now. I can't believe how fast they grow! Here's a few pictures from all the trips to the Pumpkin Patch! :) They make this mama's heart smile and cry at the same time.... 2007 (EK was 20 months old!) 2008 (EK was 2 1/2 and AC was 13 months) Awww!!! 2009 (AC had just turned 2 and EK was 3 1/2) This year was tough on EK   2010 (EK 4 1/2 and AC 3)

We took our annual trek to the Pumpkin Patch this past Friday. EK had an early release from school and since it's Keith's day off, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to go. I was hoping it wouldn't be too crowded and I was right. It also helped to have another set of hands. I know my boundaries. There won't be many outings when it's just me and all three kids. :) We didn't stay too long so there weren't any meltdowns. I did get a few good pictures. Guess that makes the trip a success! Remember the tap dancing video? Well, Keith thought it'd be fun to get her a real pair of tap dancing shoes. When he went to the store to buy them, the lady asked where she was taking dance classes. He told her she wasn't and that they were just for her to play in. (I think it surprised her.) Maybe we'll have to try tap classes someday. I thought they were the wrong size so we went to exchange them. While there, one of the employees taught AC a little dance. She practices it all the time now. :) She loves to give shows too. The fireplace area allows the shoes to make lots of noise.

A big accomplishment for EK is that she's riding the bus to and from school now! We started a couple weeks ago. It comes right outside our house and the bus driver and the aide are so sweet! The first morning was rough. She was really upset, which upset both Keith and me. I wasn't sure we had made the right decision, but we decided to try it one more morning. Keith took her out to meet the bus the 2nd morning and she walked right onto the bus without crying. I don't think she's ever adjusted so quickly to anything. We are so proud of her! We have to get her up at 6:30now, so she's ready at 7:10. It's early, but I'm thankful that Keith is here to help with our morning routine. Another improvement for her has been sleeping. (Do I dare right this?) For months, she has been crying loudly for at least 30 minutes each night. It's really hard, especially when I'm not sure why she's so upset. Is she scared of something? Is she not tired? Does something...
